Hello everyone hope you all had a great day, sorry for the late post I have been out enjoying the beautiful weather. Today we aare going to talk about how to create your ideal speeping area. Most of us have alot going on in our bedrooms. I know I do, my bedroom is pretty much the room I spend most of my time in. Right now I am sharing a 2 bedroom apartment with my grandmother & we clash big time, her being Taurus & me an Aries…its just like a Ram & Bull fighting. So I tend to stay in my bedroom and away from her as much as I can. Anyway back to the post. Sometimes slipping into sleep when you really need to si made alot easier by subtly changing the way you use your room.
The way you use your bedroom can have a huge effect on your ability to get a good night’s sleep. Your bedroom is your sanctuary — a calm and relaxing place. It’s a place that since childhood, he have been able to relax & be ourselves. If you are like me and share a smallt apartment or living space, then you most likely use your bedroom for entertaining guests, studying, working and eating, as well as sleeping.. In this case you may find it hard to psychologically switch off at bedtime. If you find this happening to you, you need to train your body to associate your bed with sleep. Get into bed only when you are really tired & on the verge of falling asleep. If you feel like reading or watching tv, relax in a chair or even on cushions on the floor rather then sitting in bed.
Be sure to come back tomorrow to learn how to creat the perfect setting for sleep. If you have any questions feel free to email us at miraclesnmagic@comcast.net.

Hello everyone, hope you all have a great day. Today we are going to talk about 1 way to use your quartz.
Quartz crystal is an excellent all around stone, it directs, focuses & amplifies energy & can dispel negativity in you & your environment.
Here are a few great ways to use your quartz to Aid Psychic Connections:
Quartz’s amplifying abilities can help you to increase your psychic awareness. In order to activate your crystal you will need to carry it in you pocket for a week. This will attune the crystal to your energy.
Try this when you meditate, lay down with your quartz on the crown of your head; your crown charka. As you are doing this concentrate on your mind opening & your awareness expanding.
To give yourself inspiration & insight hold your quartz to your 3rd eye (the center of your forehead).
If you want to remember your dreams, hold your quartz in your hand before you go to sleep. (I have done this with my quartz, it works!!!)
It is also good to help you focus your dreams. Before going to sleep, hold your quartz in your hand & think about any problems that you want an answer to. Place the quartz under your pillow while you sleep, this will help your mind work through the problem. (I have also tried this and it works.)
To stimulate your crown chakra (the energy center at the top of your head), gently rub your quartz against your brow.
Be sure to come back tomorrow for another way to use your quartz.

Hello everyone, Hope you all have a great day. I am so sick of this rain. I just havnt felt like doing much of anything. Sorry I havn’t been around lately I am doing so many other projects, its just been crazy. Today I am going to talk about flying dreams.
Dreams of flying can be interpreted in many ways, but the most general is that your spirit is rising high, freed from limitations or boundaries. It can suggest that your mind is reaching new heights. It is the search for and the exploration of possibilities that lie beyond the reality of your waking life.
Flying dreams often happen when there is opportunity for advancemnet in your life & might indicate optimism about your future. The best way to underatand a flyign dream is to assess the main components. Things such as how high you flew & whether the flight was easy or turbulent will give you an idea of how attainable your ambitions are in waking life.
Here are a few meanings of some common flying dreams:
Flying free — This means that you will achieve your ambitions easily. Only modest efforts are required to steer you to success. The area you are flying over can give you further clues — for example, flying over your home indicates domestic success, flying over your place of work suggests career success.
Sprouting wings — To sprout wings in a dream confers upon you the qualites of a visionary pioneer. The wings refer to ethics & principles of a higher order than that of human law. To dream that you have birds’ wings means that you will have the gift of foresight and may be able to fly into the future. Angelic wings suggest that you will soon hear news from an unexpected higher authoity.
Floating/flying at a low altitude — If you successfully managed to float/fly by flapping your arms & peddling your feet in the air, success is indicated through dogged but determined effort. The message here is to keep going & to stick to your guns. If there has been a bout of sickness or exhaustion, this dream promises relief from these problems.
Trying to take off & failing — This dream indicates that the spirit is frustrated, bogged down with the mundane aspects of life & unable to find a way forward. If you are trying to take off & fail to do so implies that an ambition may be veyond your reach. You would benefit from re-evaluating your goals.
Losing altitude — Flying successfully for a while, then losing control & drifting or falling back toward the Earth, suggessts that the ambition is waning or that you should become less of a high flyer. To experience erratic flying implies either fear of heights of success or ambivalance toward your ambitions.
Flying aided — Flying an airplane at a high altitude means you can expect recognition for the work you have done. Soaring in a glider implies that you will be supported in your endeavors through team effort. To fly on the back of a mythical creature such as Pegasus, the winged horse, suggests an armchair adventurer.
Flying toward the light — This is a very rare & unusual dream that refers to experiences that have been lost. It relates to reconnecting with an aspect of your past. Flying through a bright tlight toward someone who has died implies a nostalgic journey & that it is time to let go of memories.
Becoming hampered in flight — Generally speaking, this relates to setbacks or postponement of your aspirations or lack of confidence in your ability to reach goals. The conditions can give you clues as to the nature of the setbacks; strong winds, for example, suggest communication problems.

Hello everyone, sorry for the lack of posts this month. I have been sick & have been in and out of the hospital. I think I have finally kicked this cold. So I will be back to posting everyday again. We have decide against getting a domain instead we are going to offer our services to you right here on our blog. Keep an eye out in the next few days for a new page offering Birth Charts, Numerology Charts, I-Ching Readings, Tarot Readings and much more.
As for today’s post, there are things that we all want, or wish that we could have, this exercise is great. It’s simple, fun & best of all it works!!! First you want to go to the store & buy a red pen…yes you really have to buy one. I have tried it both ways, with a red pen that I bought just for this exercise & with one that I had laying around the house & it worked with the pen that I bought, not the one I had laying around the house. Not sure why but I’m not one to question fate.
OK, so with a new red pen bought especially for this exercise, take any piece of paper and write down nine things that you are hoping will happen in your life in the next nine weeks.
Next, off it right next to your list, draw a heart with wings coming out the sides. Color this in with any colors that you like but be sure to spend some time contemplating this small symbol.
The flying heart is actually a universal symbol of hope, and will strike same into your subconscious. Every night for the next nine weeks, right before you slip off to slumber, read this list aloud.
Put it under your pillow and then wait for your dreams to come true. Rest assured, somewhere inside these next nine weeks, your own hopeful heart will take flight and soar!
Good Luck and as always if you have any questions feel free to email us at miraclesnmagic@comcast.net

Hi, Hope you are having a good day. Last night I helped a friend analyze on of her dreams and we got talking about how our dreams can help us understand your true feelings about our significant, your job, parents, siblings, friends, the past & what you really want out of life. Just like anything else, the more you practice analyzing your dreams the better you will get at it. “Practice makes perfect.”
The first step towards understanding your dreams is writing them down in a dream journal. By making the effort of writing your dreams down regularly, you will be able to recall more details. You will surprise yourself at how good you become at remembering your dreams.
Here is a list of things to help you get started at analyzing your dreams.
1. Start out each dream entry by writing the date of the dream.
2. Give each dream a title so it can be found easily if you want to refer back to it.
3. Write down the dream in as much detail as you can remember — how it made you feel, who was in it, colors, smells, time of day — I like to use the 5 “W”’s; who, what, where, when & why.
4. Write a list of keywords.
5. Look up the keywords in your dream dictionary. If you don’t have one, check out our dream dictionary. I also like Dream Moods. I recommend using more then 1 source. I have 4 dream dictionaries.
The most important thing to remember when analyzing your dreams, although others’ can help you, you are the only one that is going to know the true meaning of your dream.
Let’s say you dream about a car. You want to try to remember as much about the car as you can. Don’t forget what you were feeling. Your feelings can be very important in the interpretation of your dream.
Here is the meaning of a car in your dream, according to one of my dream dictionaries:
Car- A car represents your body. It reflects your self-image, your personality, and your freedom. It is also your ego or whatever is the driving factor in your life. This may be a desire to be successful, rich or popular. If you are in the driver’s seat, you feel in control of your life. If you are in a crash, it may represent a failure.
Here are some questions that you can ask yourself about the car & what they mean.
1. Was your car smashed or dented?
This could be a symbol of poor self-esteem or poor health, or damage done to your body. Check your general health and any problems you are having.
2. Are you in the driver’s seat?
The person driving is in control of your life. If you dream that your mother-in-law is driving your car, think about your family dynamics.
3. Are you in the front seat or the back seat?
If you’re in the back seat, you’re pulling yourself down or allowing others to take over.
4. Was the air conditioner working?
This may refer to health of your cardiovascular health and respiratory system.
5. Did the brakes fail?
This is connected with discipline, control and willpower.
Did you run out of gas?
Are you out of energy, out of enthusiasm or cut off from what you need to be doing? Do you need a vacation?
By asking yourself questions about you dreams will help to to explain & understand the details.

Hello everyone, hope you all have a great day. We are having our weekliy business meeting today, deciding on when we want to get our domiman today. We will keep you posted. For today’s post we are going to discuss ways that you can remember your dreams.
A few weeks ago my boyfriend insisted that he doesn’t dream. This is not true, everyone dreams. The reason some people think that they don’t dream is because they don’t remember their dreams, so today I am going to tell you some ways to remember your dreams.
The dreams that are the easiest to remember are the ones that leave the most impact on us, whether it be a happy or sad, angry or calming. They are usually really powerful. Most people don’t remember their dreams because they jump right out of bed and get started with their daily routine. Here are a few tips that will help you to remember your dreams.
1. During the day while your are going about your daily duties, tell yourself that you are going to remember your dream tonight. Then, once you are settled in bed tell yourself, that you are going to remember your dream in the morning.
2. Place a something next to your bed with your favorite scent. In the morning when you smell that scent it may trigger the dream.
3. Keep your dream journal beside your bed. Just knowing it’s there may help you to remember your dreams. Who knows you might just need it in the middle of the night.
4. Drinking a glass of water before you go to bed helps you to recall your dreams the next day. Also be sure to stay away from drugs or alcohol…they repress your REM sleep, which is the stage of sleep that we dream.
5. If you want to use your dream to try to work out a problem that you are having during waking life, write the problem done before you go to sleep. It is possible that your dream will deal with this problem.
6. When it is time for you to get up, don’t move! Don’t open your eyes! Remain still for a moment and concentrate on your dream. Remember how the dream made you feel, the mood of the dream may still be with you. Even if you are only able to recall a little of the dream, write it down. Ask yourself to remember the people in your dream. Did any of them look familiar? Keep in mind that things in your dream can often be disguised, and the person in your dream may not be that person in waking life.
For example: if you dream of the Queen of England. It may not be her but someone in your waking life that represents her. Practically, someone that you feel is trying to rule you.
Next ask yourself were the dream took place. Did it remind you of anywhere that you may have seen before? Does anything about the dream remind you of something in your waking life? How were you feeling in the dream? As you keep doing this you will get better at it. Remember, “Practice makes perfect”.
For thousands of years the try meaning of dream has puzzle many. Dreams were often considered prophetic. In Homer’s Iliad there was a passage where King Agamemnon is visited in his dream by a messenger from Zeus. The messenger told the King of his future actions. Even the bible had accounts of prophetic dreams, the most famous being the account of Joseph from the Book of Genesis.
Some though dreams to be extensions of our waking life. A carryover of things that happened to you during the day; things you experienced, thought about.

Hello again, hope you are all having a great day so far. I am looking forward to going to see a Christmas Carol tonight with some friends, should be a good time. Today, I am going to talk about dreams and the differences between men’s and women’s dreams. Experts think the reason men and women dream differently is part biology and part social conditioning. Men’s dreams usually are about cars, weapons, and money. A women’s dreams are usually about clothing, jewelry, flowers and household objects.
Women are known to recall a dream in more detial then men do. Men don’t usually notice details such as clothing or colors in their dreams and women do.
Women notice the clothes people are wearing and their facial expressions and will be able to recall them in more detail then men. Up until the age of 50, women have more nightmares then men. After that men and women have about the same amount of nightmares.
Women dream more about the future then men. Also, females tend to experience more psychic dreams in which the see events that happen in the future. Women’s dream forecasts are more accurate than men’s are.
Men’s dreams take place outdoors and in unfamiliar surroundings more often than women’s do. Women’s dreams often take place in familiar places and indoors, a house of grocery store for example. Men see twice as many males in their dreams as females in their females, but women see about the same amount of both sexes.
Men tend to have more strangers in their dreams. These strangers are identified by their occupations, such as solider, mechanics or hunters. Women see more of the people they know socially, such as family members, coworkers or friends.
Men will report more action packed dreams and women tend to have dreams that contain more talking and emotions. Men tend to notice the hair for the people in there dreams more than any other feature. Women notice they eyes more often.
Most people tend to dream about things that they want or fear. Men and women fear and want different things. For example, pregnant women dream more vividly. Here are a few of the themes that are most common among pregnant women and what they represent, from my personal dream dictionary:
Animals – Cute little animals such as kittens, puppies and bunnies represent the developing fetus.
Burglars - This symbolizes the woman’s worry that her body has been “invaded” by the fetus. In all dreams, the house usually represents the body.
Knives – The pregnant woman could possibly be worried about having a cesarean section.
Forgetting – Forgetting the baby reflects anxieties about becoming a parent of being ready to handle it.
Flying - Flying dreams are nearly always a sign of happiness, high expectations and joy.
Pregnant women may also have more nightmares because she is going through a tremendous transition. Ask your dreams what’s worrying you. Once you resolve your dreams you will have happy dreams about the birth of your child.
Some of the differences between men and women’s dreams may change soon with more women joining work force and more men taking over the household duties. Soon women may be dreaming about the office and men may be dreaming about children and family.

Hey everyone, Hope you all have a great day. Today we are going to talk about your dream themes and what they mean.
Are they representations of your everyday life? Or are the bizarre? Do the characters, places & times frames morph into one another? Do you see people or inanimate objects? If you dream about people are they people you know, strangers, or famous people? Have ever woken up laughing or do you talk in your sleep? Do you watch your dream like you would be watching a movie or are you actually in the dream?
Do you see animals in your dreams? Animals are more dominant in children’s dreams. Some researchers believe that if adults have a high percentage of animals in their dreams that it could be a leftover tie from our primitive cave-dwelling past and that is expresses the basic concerns of our survival. It may also be that, that particular animal is your animal totem (more on animal totems in a later post) and is trying to tell you something or help you through a certain aspect in your life.
A lot of our dreams seem perfectly normal while we are dreaming, yet once we wake up & think about them they seem totally off the wall. The more you think about your dreams , their themes & the way you feel in your dream, the faster your questions about their meanings will be answered.
Here is a multiple choice quiz that we here at Miracles n Magic came up with, to help you understand what you expect and the things that you want to learn from your dreams. Hello all, Hope you are all having a great day. It’s kinda nice out today, a little on the cold side, but nice. Today’s post is going to be about dreaming in color. Colors are believed to represent your feelings. If the colors are sharp and clear that indicates that you are having intense feeling about something or someone. Black usually signals depression; blue or green may represent spiritually; red normally means passion and white represents purity.
Most people are not aware of the part colors play in our dreams. It has been suggested that undue attenti0n to colot or lack of it can indicate, depending on thee colors emphasized. Colors can be either extraversion, glorious colors, or introversion, black & white.
In her book Le Symbolisme du reve, Ania Teilhard suggests that “colored dreams are evidence of great animation in the unconscious, and show special vitality in the dreamer.”
For the meanings of some of the popular dream colors, check out our Dream Dictionary A-C. Another good site for colors is one of our favorite Dream Dictionaries; Dream Moods
Don’t forget to keep your dream journal, and record the colors you see in your dreams in there.
